You will notice on my curriculum vitae that I have a long history working in the healthcare profession. I enjoyed this sort of work very much. As I also had a passion for working with flowers, I obtained a certificate in floristry. The other areas of work I enjoyed were working in a boookshop at a railway station soon after I finished highschool, and working at a factory assembling cameras. I loved working with people, so to enhance my customer service skills: I did a short course on customer service which eventually led me to work as a customer service representative in a hospital setting. I enjoyed the short time away from regular nursing duties to help patients with complaints/grievances etc.
