Overview

I began working at McDonalds at Age 14 and quickly progressed through the ranks to Crew Trainer and Crew Cheif whilst I was completing my schooling and HSC. I completed my HSC in 2008 and then was promoted to Shift Assistant and I began to Complete my Certificate Three in Retail Supervision through McDonalds as a Traineeship. In 2008 I recieved Crew Person of the Year for my restaurant and also for my Profit Centre, I also recieved a Band 6 in PDHPE in the HSC.

In March 2009 I was promoted to Shift Manager and my duties included; cash control, daily inventory, supervising employees on shift, ensuring customer delight and satisfaction, and maintaing restaurant quality, service and cleanliness standards. In August of 2009 I completed my Certificate Three in Retail Supervision and I recieved an award for the high standard I completed my Certificate too. In September 2009 I was promoted to 2nd Assistant and duties now included; managing the Work Place Safety System in the restaurant, managing Scheduling for 130 crew people covering a period of 24/7, weekly inventory and training and hiring in the restaurant.

I am currently completing a Certificate Four in Business Management and I have exceptional customer service skills, I am able to use Microsoft Office, I am able to type efficiently, I have a great phone manner and I am able to speak to customers regarding a broad range of issues and I am able to instigate customer recovery if needed, I am professionally and maturely minded and looking for a role within any company that is willing to use my skills to their best advantage and allow the company to grow professionally and myself to grow professionally also.
