My name is Maxanne and I have recently completed an apprenticeship in retail cake baking and pastry cooking. It has been a job covering many different aspects including customer service skills, telephone skills, multi-tasking and team leadership skills. Being a competency based apprenticeship, I was able to complete it within 2 years. It has been a great benefit to myself as I have gained a lot of 'people experience' and feel quite comfortable working in any environment.
Having finished my apprenticeship I am currently unemployed and looking for a job in the administration field. Working in a bakery is hard work and I'm looking to settle for a more (Physically) relaxed environment.
