| Duration : Responsibilities : - to act as Chief Executive Officer of the institution - to develop staff recruitment process and authority to approve the recruitment, issuing the appointment, termination, promotion, demotion letter etc. - to develop the overall staff management procedures - to prepare the budget for the activities of the institution - to develop various format, registers and techniques for successful implementation of the micro credit program - to develop new ideas on institutional building, which is helpful for the institution - to supervise and follow up of different project activities through intensive field visits, - to evaluate implementation, monitoring, audit and reporting of all program components like group formation, group savings, income generating activities, and credit program etc - to simplify management information system and credit delivery mechanism - to develop the system of increasing outreach and attaining sustainability of the institution within a small span of time - to develop supervision & monitoring checklist - to develop training modules, handouts and conduct training for management level and operational level staff - to develop detail business plans addressing governance, human resource management etc - to coordinate with the mother institution and the donor agency - To coordinate with the GO, NGO officials ii.Designation : Assistant Director Based in Central Office Employer : ASA, BANGLADESH |
