Hi there,

Im 29 years old, have recently become a mother and am looking to re-enter the workforce after being on leave. I have worked in retail and customer service for the past 14 years, in both supervisory and management roles. I have only had 3 jobs in my life and I am looking to change my career path to something less sales based.

I currently hold a Diploma of Business. I had commenced a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, but am yet to complete them. 

I have fantastic customer service skills and have always enjoyed working with the public, both personally and professionally.

 I have acheived many sales based rewards. In particular, as a manager, my mystery shopper results were impressive. The standards were set high, and as a leader I was able to go over and beyond expectations. 

Through contribution reports, I was able manage the store, by using the information presented to me, to reduce wastage on wage %, reduce spendings within my control and increase profit for the overall wellness of the business.
