I started working straight out of school in the retail industry. My experience includes working in various aspects of retail including food, jewellery, ladies fashion, sports wear and visual merchandising. I currently own a Coffee shop / Patisserie in Tamworth NSW, which I have successfully owner operated for the past 8 years. We moved to Brisbane in late 2009 but still maintain ownership of the business.

Managed my first retail (Jewellery) job at 17 years of age.

Managed staff / shop when i was employed in the bakery reatil industry.

But my greatest achievement is opening and owner / operating a successful Coffe Shop / Patiesserie for the past 8 years.
