Overview

Holding certificates in both financial services and business administration I have been able to explore different aspects of my professional career and developed significant skills in broad fields and enabled me to communicate with people on multiple levels.

I have written and editorial for Poolside Magazine published in 2009/10, worked in conjunction with Brisbane City Council, Youth Week and Council run youth organization Visible Ink space to conduct several 'Battle of the Bands' on Brisbane’s north side. President of the young mothers group I was a part of in 2005 and successfully winning a government grant to develop the literacy and numerous skills of young mothers.

I have implemented new and/or improved processes on a small business and corporate scale including CRM development. Worked in conjunction with legal, compliance, HR, marketing, ecommerce, PR and other corporate divisions to develop documentation and contracts for clients. Met or exceeded company KPI or deadlines within the financial services and insurance industries.

Overall I have a broad understanding of business from many view points and I believe having been exposed to this gives me an edge and diversity over those who have not.
