My name is Patty. I am from Taipei, Taiwan. I am 23-year-old. I am in Australia on a working holiday visa and I’ve been here since December. I am here to explore this beautiful city and experience different people and cultures during my time living and working in Melbourne. I will stay in Melbourne for another six months, so am looking for either short to medium term temporary positions in office support roles – such as reception or administration. I am willing and able to work and hope you can assist me in finding a job to support myself during my time in Melbourne.

 

Before coming to Australia, I have had some experience as a receptionist; I worked for TAITRA LOUNGE, which belongs to the Taiwan External Trade and Development Council (TAITRA), and TAITRA acts like a bridge facilitating business opportunities among international buyers and Taiwanese businesses. As a receptionist, I was responsible for greeting foreign buyers and assisting them during the different show times, and helping suppliers and buyers liaise.

 

I’m optimistic and enthusiastic. I have dynamic and engaged work ethic and I also have sense of responsibility. I speak and write English very well as well as speaking and writing Taiwanese, Chinese and some Japanese. I’m good at getting along with people because I’m open-minded and friendly.
