Completed yr 10 certificate and progressed into retail management was successfull in this role although felt the need for a different challange and career path, which led me to the transport industry. I exceeded all employers expectations which gave me greater opportunities and income, I do not like changing employers although felt the need to recently. I am now focused on finding an employer that will enable me to achieve my financial goals and job satisfaction as I am an individual that always strives to exceed expectation, I would like to work for a company that rewards hard work with the possibility of promotion into operations/management role with a similar or greater income of a compitent truck driver.
