I have been working passionately in the Beauty Industry for almost 15 years. I have extensive management and leadership skills and a long standing background in retail, sales and customer service both in major department stores and in-salon.

I am currently working in a major department store environment as a Counter Manager in a retail, sales and customer service capacity and have previously owned and operated my own beauty salon and managed salons on behalf of other owners whilst recruiting, training and mentoring junior staff.
