I am Registered Nurse with over 20 years of clinical experience. For the last 10 years I have held leadership or management roles in the pharmaceutical industry, working with teams of nurses in chronic disease management programs. Working collaboratively with both the commercial and scientific areas of the industry, I am a capable communicator and have the proven ability to balance clinical needs of clients with the commercial interest of a business.

Managing teams of nurses and support staff in the office and the field, I have cultivated a reputation as a strong leader with a fair and supportive management style. I take pride in the quality of my work, and foster the same sense of personal pride in the teams I manage.
