I attended St. Joseph's College in Geelong and completed my VCE there. I started an IT course at Melbourne Institute of Business and Technology in Toorak but soon decided that school was no longer for me. I wanted to work, so that is what I did. I worked a few different jobs over the next couple of years and found myself at the Melbourne Fruit Market. I worked there for three years but got sick of working night shift so I gave it away.
I then went out and got myself a job labouring for a building company. I worked that for 18 months or so until changes in the company led to hiring subcontractor labour which rendered us labourers obsolete. After that I moved onto a few other labouring jobs for some other tradesmen but I really wanted to get back to what I loved, which is driving.
That love of driving led me to Star Track Express in late 2007 where I worked as a bulk hand, mainly opening and closing the bulk semi trailers. As my employment continued, I slowly worked my way onto the forklift and eventually, into the yard truck where I have been for the past 20 months or so.
