I am an operations management specialist and have worked in various operations-related positions over my 23 year career. I graduated "cum laude" from the University of the Philippines and currently completing my Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business; I expect to graduate this August 1, 2010.

I have held various positions in operations management - from raw materials management, logistics management, quality and production management.  I am highly skilled in operations planning, scheduling, monitoring and am fully conversant in various operations management tools such as 5S, Kaizen, JIT etc. I am a certified Interactions Management Instructor and have conducted in-house training for various companies I have worked with.

As an Operations Manager, it is my primary responsibility to ensure maximum resource utlization and allocation, at the right cost, customer specifications and delivery requirements.  My past accomplishments include cost savings in various areas of operations, in particular raw materials utilization and process control.

I add value to a company because I am able to synergize team members and ensure work done is aligned with corporate objectives.  I ensure strategies applied across the organization supports corporate objectives and that each team member is aware of key deliverables in the short and long term.
