I am an ambitious, self driven individual. Excluding the last 4 years, I have been employed in the Meat industry since the age of 15.

My experience in the Meat industry is extensive both in retail and wholesale. As a third year Apprentice I began manageing a large meat unit, most of my time in Meat was in management positions. I acheived several extra qualifications, including full Aus Meat Accreditation, Food Technology, Smallgoods Maker and several Haccp certificates.

For the past 4 years I have worked as a New Car Salesman and a Sales Representitive for PFD. I am currently employed as a Sales Representitive for Bidvest Mackay.

Along with all of my certificates, I have also made some proud acheivments including. being Staff Trainer in both Abbatoir and Boning room situations being responsable for increasing yeild, production and Staff safety resulting in better proffitability.

My proudest acheivement was in Victoria for a company named The Beef And Lamb Centre. This company was based in Adelaide and opened a branch in Melbourne. I was appointed as the Manager and in a very short time a small number of staff led by me were able to take the turnover from nothing to over $500,000 per week in less than 6 momths.
