At present I am working in Aged Care, as an assistant in nursing. This role has a huge focus on patient satisfaction and the personal safety of both the residents and staff. I learnt many valuable skills through my various employments, such as working in a team, being an excellent communicator, solving problems, working unsupervised, and showing initiative. I am a fast learner, am able to work well under pressure, and am not afraid of hard work or long hours. I pride myself on being an extremely reliable and honest worker. Having worked in different working environments, I am very good at adapting to any situation I am presented with. I have an eye for detail, and take a lot of pride in maintaining a very high standard of my work, and customer satisfaction is paramount to me.
