I have been working in the wine industry since 2003, the last 2years of which have been in a winemaking position, for a contract winery.  I am in the process of completing my degree in Viticulture and Eonology through curtin university where i have 1 unit left to complete. I have worked at a number of different wineries both in Australia and overseas,  initially being employed as a casual vintage cellarhand and have gradually improved my skill base and expereince to be employed as a winemaker.  Proir to my time in the wine industry i was employed by woolworths as a 2IC service deli assistant where staff management and customer service was a major role.  I have also completed a Diploma of Hospistality Management at FremantleTafe.

As a winemaker I have developed many skills both management and scientific. My main role of recent has been managing the laboratory including carrying out analysis, result interpretation, data entry and staff management. I have gained valuable people skills having worked and managed people from different enthic and cultural backgrounds. Liasing with clients and customers
