Common Administrative support:

• Reporting directly to General Manager.
• Answering telephones, distributing mail, xeroxing and faxing
• Ordering office supplies and brochures
• Booking documents and parcels to be send via Courier.
• Set-up new employee’s record.
• Makes travel and hotel arrangements; prepares itineraries
• Prepare expenses report
• Process and track invoices that has been submitted to clients

• Set up and coordinate meetings
• Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence

Support for Funerals Services:

• Liaising with different Embassies and Consulate for government procedures.

• Liaising with Cargo Companies in and outside the Country for Logistics purposes.
• Reconcile expenses against actual spending and update to appropriate line.

• Provides pricing to customers.
• Organize Pickups and Deliveries of documents required.
