Finished Highschool achieving a pass in all subjects. I then went on to study Aquaculture at Barony College where I recived SVQ2 Aquaculture qualification. Whilst I was at the College, I was in a work placement and was there on their farm as an assistant for a year.

After compleating my education I was offered a position within Scottish Sea Farms as a Freshwater Technician where I was employed for 3 years. Here I gained experience in In working in a Hatchery, and a Smolting Unit enviroment.

Now in Australia, I am hoping to seek employment in the Aquaculture Industry where I can further develop my knowledge base and hopefully gain higher employment opportunities.

During my time with the Barony College I gained a SVQ2 in Aquaculture and gained lots of experience on the College based Trout farm. With Scottish Sea Farms I gained even more experience, learning to drive a Forklift and completeing a basic First Aid course. Working on a daily basis I picked up skills in fish Husbandry and how to carry out Grading and Treatments in the best possible way for the Fish.
