Overview

After finishing high school i was fortunate enough to spend some time overseas, studying and travelling where i was able to learn and experience life and get a good understanding of the different cultures and diverse range of people that we come into contact with daily and have become accustomed to the different forms of communication and language barriers that present themselves. 

After my return from overseas i joined a company called "snacks and organics" where my job was to take care of sales, stock and deliveries. I enjoyed the opportunity to be able to go out and sell products to the smaller and larger scale stores and to be able to work with a team of highly motivated staff with all the same objectives.

I have realised over time that i am looking to join a big company where i have the opportunity to use my peoples, communication and business orientated skills to the maximum and in place where i will be challenged. I know that my high levels of commitment and responsibility will help me to reach my goals of doing the best job i can of which i hope to be able o bring into your workplace.

Achievements

Diversity - Capturing a glimpse of the major role of diversity in today work force between gender, age, nationality and work abilities has opened my eyes to being able to deal with the different situations that arise throughout the job of sales and distribution of which i have my most experience in. Knowing how to deal with the different roles within someone else's company and how to communicate towards particular nationalities or highly respected people had been a vital part of my training in sales and a skill that i was able to repetitively use.

Sales - in itself has been an achievement for me where i was able to use my bubbly and convinving persoanlity and the gift of the tongue to help sell products and encourage buyers of the advantages of certain products as well as monitoring the in and out of stock and the FIFO rules. Once knowing the in and out of the products and following up with the research and marketing of products i felt i had the appropriate information for selling and giving the buyers enough in and out information for them to be able to make a valid decision. Having a strong knowledge of technology, inks and printers will help me to assist buyers with making decisions and problem solving.
