| Job Title: | Facilities Manager/ Logistics Manager | | Job Type: | Full-Time | | Position Department: | Logistics, Transport & Supply | | Closest Job Role: | Manager | | Detailed Description: | • Monthly QSE (Quality, Safety and Environment) Reports – investigate and report on all LTI’s and first aid treated injuries.
• Day to Day running of Factory Issues, including equipment and site maintenance, toolbox meetings for all staff, site safety issues including appropriate HSE documentation (Safety Alerts, MSDS’s, JSA’s etc)
• Managing training plans of all staff, contractors and conducting site inductions.
• Perform site safety inspections on building, equipment and infrastructure
• To investigate and manage disciplinary actions when workers do not comply with safety requirements
• Control of inventory Min/Max levels to ensure an effective and efficient level of stock on hand at all times
• Management of all purchasing using SAP including dealing with suppliers locally and internationally.
• Management and tracking of all local and international shipping.
• Creation and management of SAP Material Masters
• Monitoring and control of Siemens Vendors to ensure that the levels of service and quality are maintained whilst encouraging competition between different suppliers with a view to keeping Siemens costs down.
