I was born in New Zealand on the 17/02/1959. My Secondary education was at Hastings Girls High where I completed Form 5 which is equivalent to yr 11. I moved to Australia at the age of 21 working as a Barperson at the Australia Hotel in Melbourne where my duties ranged from Servicing behind bar to stocktaking, banking, ordering new stock and cellar work also opening and closing permises I worked there for 7yrs. I then worked in a Nursing home as at Nurse aide, my duties there where, helping with patients personal hygene[bathing,showers] , administering of medication, changing dressings, feeding and just overall wellbeing. I moved to Perth to be closer to family.Where I started working for Spotless as a Cleaner at The Naval Base on Garden Island Rockingham, Duties ranging from cleaning offices ,workshop to Specialised cleaning of the Fleet ships and Submarines. While employed with Spotless I attended and completed a 5 day OHS course after I was elected to represent the girls as their OHS Safety Rep.
I have currently been working for Monodelphous on a few sites for the past 6yrs. I started with them as a Pegging cleaing Cribs and offices on construction sites then went out on the field as a TA ,working in as Storeperson, looking after the Bolt stores , Material handler , encapsulation and TA painter.
I dont Smoke or Drink, and I'm a very hard worker, I'm also an approachable and a teachable person who is willing to learn new skills
