Overview

I have a Diploma in Business Studies, I wrote exams for a Higher Diploma of which i' am currently waiting for my results. I did my education at Northern Technical Copllege (Zambia, Africa) under Institute of Commercial Management (ICM) United Kingdom as my examining body.

I have worked for African life Assurance as a Sales Representative, were i was able to open new pay points for the Company, these are organisations which i managed to negotitate they became clients. I worked for Christian Enterprise Trust of Zambia as a Loan Officer, here i contributed to the growth of a small branch, i was responsible for client mobilisation, education, business appraisal, recomendations for loan disbursments, and follow up on disbursed loans ensuring timely payments. I have also worked for Circle Pharmaceuuticals (Z) Ltd as a Sales & Marketing Executive, here i contributed to the expansion of customer base by penetrating into new market with business potential of over US$40,000 and contributed to the increase in sales and market share. I also worked for a year as Human Resources Officer at Circle Pharmaceuticals (Z) Ltd and was responsible for Industrial Relations and Human resource management in the organisation.

I'm able to work in Sales & Marketing department, Administration, Management, and Stores.

Through my career i have scored some success as follows:

Whilst at African life Assurance as a Sales Representative, I was able to open new pay points for the Company, these are organisations which i managed to negotitate they became clients.

Whilst at Christian Enterprise Trust of Zambia as a Loan Officer, I contributed to the growth of a small branch, i was responsible for client mobilisation, education, business appraisal, recomendations for loan disbursments, and follow up on disbursed loans ensuring timely payments. The business in terms of portfolio increased with about 30% in monthly turnover.

I joined Circle Pharmaceuticals (Z) Ltd as a Human Resources Officer and was responsible for Industrial Relations and Human resource management in the organisation. The Company enjoyed a harmonious working environment without any work stoppages, there was abalanced understanding between management & workers.

Whilst at Circle Pharmaceuuticals (Z) Ltd still now as a Sales & Marketing Executive, here i contributed to the expansion of customer base by penetrating into new market with business potential of over US$40,000 and contributed to the increase in sales and market share.
