I have been managing hotels for approx 11 years in both Sydney and Newcastle. I am experienced in all hotel areas from cellar to budgeting, stocktake to rostering. I am honest, trustworthy and reliable and lead by example.

I am currently the Assistant manager at the Steyne Hotel in Manly and have been for the last 18 months. Other Hotels that i have managed incude the Mona Vale hotel, Newport Arms hotel, Dee Why hotel, The Kent hotel in newcastle. I have also managed bottleshops at Dee Why hotel and the Settlers Inn at port Macquarie.
