I have spent the last 15 or so years in the Hospitality/Tourism and Catering Industries working everywhere from hotels, clubs, resorts to restaurants most in and around brisbane.

During this time, I have worked as a kitchenhand, cook, waiter, bartender, section/head waiter, supervisor and have also trained staff aswell, so you could possibly say that over my 15yrs I've been an alrounder person - not afraid of getting my hands dirty or working hard. 

My future goal is to have my own Cafe and Bar, where I will be able to hopefully really start to move up in this world and make something of myself.
