Provide fast and reliable customer service in terms of quotations, products, specifications and application advice.
conduct and report regular site visits to oversee coating application activities and assist with technical services and problem analysis as required.
Accurately report and investigate all customer complaints, liaise and coordinate between the customer and Hempel to ensure efficient resolution of the complaint to the customer's satisfaction.
Record and report feedback on product application and performance data to input into new product development.
Wherever necessary, assist the regional technical service manager and sales representatives with sales support and assistance with the introduction of new and specialist coatings and project submittals.
As appropriate, coordinate customer site application trials and demonstrations in order to secure new business opportunities. |
