• Developed and implemented an exit strategy from a very complex supplier model. The implementation of the strategy yielded the business a saving of over $1 million on the budget. The processes included contract analysis, negotiations and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Conceptualised and project managed the implementation of enhanced service delivery from rental car supplier. The process involved balancing stakeholder expectations, negotiations and managing the project office. This project involved two organisations to be functional as a seamless entity to the end customer for the successful delivery of service.
