 Hi, 

After finishing high school I ccompleted a food and beverage course at Ryde college of T.A.F.E,I then went overseas and did numerous jobs from teaching english in russia to workin on vinyards in france bit of life education really,I have spent the last ten to twelve years predominantly in hospitality working in cafes thru to catering companys,I have worked in all aeras bar,front of house and kithen,management over the years I have found that I have a good general knowledge of kitchen operations and prefer the kitchen over all,one day soon I hope to complete my chefs papers to solidify my postion in my preferd aera of work choice and also to one day open my own cafe or wine bar.
