i have been in the community service industry for almost 6 years. i worked as an AIN for both fair haven and Bayhaven nursing homes. i am currently employed by Bay Support Services Group and have worked for this company since june 2008. in this role i have worked as an individual package liason. this involved being a team leader for vairies people with various disablitys. in this time i completed a two day course on social role valerisation. i have copmleted the first year of a nursing degree before discoving that disability care was my passion.

my greatest acheivement was to complete a three month postion as an individual package liasion. in this role i have learnt how to time management and new skills to be able to lead a team efficiantly and professionally.
