Overview

I took my scondary education very seriously getting a tertiary entrance score of 93, was elected school vice captain and chairman of the year 12 committee. After finding tertiary education was not for me i entered the work force full time. After some administrative and hospitality work i found a love for customer service.

I found my great communicational skills and positive attitude enabled me to excel in customer service and after getting my first job in a call centre I found this was my ideal job. At my call centre job at Origin I was part of the Sun Retail takeover program where we recieved 70 000 new customers. My commitment and dedication to excelling at my job made me an important member of the team and i recieved 100% for all of my KPI's.

Achievements

Tertiary entrance score of 93. With merit awards for accounting, legal studies and accounting.
