In my administration role i was responsible for the administration work associated with the program ie keeping student participation records updated, responding to emails/calls about the program, coordinating executives conference schedules,helping with marketing and conducting individual welcome sessions for new students to the program when required. I also had to open up colloquia/lecture workshops for students on a weekly basis (3 times a week) outside of usual working hours. I was also required to help with the efficient running of the Distinguished Speakers Series (a big event for GLP students which were held every semester off campus).
