I completed Year 12 HSC in 1989, from there I went on to complete my Certificate in Cookery in 1993.

During my Chef apprentiship I worked in two different restuarants.  This gave me a great experience during my four years of training.  Once completed I decied to travel so I found myself working in Kakadu National Park in the Northen Territory.  I stayed there for one year gaining much experience and growth.

After Kakadu I had found myself not wanting to chef anymore.  So I tried my hand at several different jobs including Armaguard, from there I went and worked in several foundries, learning about the foundry industry. This experience then lead me to my job as Warehouse Manager for a business that supplies foundry products to foundries across Australia.

I am now looking for a new career path.  I wish to use the knowledge that I have to gain meaningful employment so I can become a more informed person.
