Upon entering the workforce i have from high school i have achieved great results over the last thirty years.I have always excelled in all of my previous job placements.From the start of my working career i have been very fortunate to be trained by some of the best leaders in their industries as i started out in the harness horse industry then transfering to hospitality with great results also.Fortunately from the start of my career i was always encouraged to seek better results and was set  formidable tasks and achieved great satisfaction from  performing to a higher level than most and to this day i still seek new challenges  not only for myself but to inspire others around me  to bring out the best in them also.

1984-1985 Represented the South Island of New Zealand in the Harness Racing Championships.

1985 New Zealands Leading Junior Driver Based on the U.D.R. System.in the harness horse industry.

I also have successfuly lead resturants with over a million dollar turnover with minimal input from my employers.
