Detailed Description:My position with Chubb Electronic Security was Team Leader in the Customer Service Call Centre, I trained all new Staff on the day to day procedures of the Call Centre and also had under my direction Staff from 5 to 12, and also the Service Technicians from Victoria and Tasmania. I had to meet monthy KPI'S and report to the Service Manager, Customer Service Manager, Supervisors and Purchasing Manager on a regular basis. Meeting deadlines and prioriting with time management skills were a must, as you dealt with Financial Institutions, Commercial and Residential properties at all times. Ensuring that the Customers queries were handled in a timely and effective manner with a positive outcome was of upmost importance.
Closing of all Technicians completed Service Jobs and issuing new jobs to attend to were very important, as the Service Productivity also needed to be met to the highest standard.
