In the last 11 years i have been working in the retail sector and have thoughly enjoy this as my career.  I started from the ground and have worked my way up to senior management. The sales and service role has made me become a enthusiastic and confident individual. In my years i have endured in development and growth to have become the successful team leader that i am today. In attending, to learn all aspects of my position i wanted very much to move up the ladder, so in showing and demonstraiting a can do attitude i was appointed as manager of certain departments which i also was awarded very well, due to making my goals and achievements in sales and gross profits.

My best achievements have been due to achieving all my personal kpi's and recieving bonuses and rewards. It has also given me professional and personal growth.
