to whom it may concern, i'm a 24yr old male who has been in the hospitality industry on and off since i was 18. i've been cooking for the last 3 years straight and have been fortunate enough to work with some really focused and talented chefs and cooks. i've recently relocated back to townsville after spending 7 years on the sunshine coast working and enjoying life. i am currently looking to do my apprenticeship and would be a great attribute to any kitchen . i'm looking forward to hearing from anyone who might have an opening .
