I have been in a management role for the the past six years in the retail industry. I have obtained a Certificate IV in front line business management. I was responsible for the running of a jewellery store for over 12 months. In that time the store made budget and achieved the goals set by the company. I stepped down from this role to be able to enjoy the customer service side of the business again.  Customer service and sales are my strongest  attributes, I also enjoy solving the problems arise on a daily basis wether due to work situations or customer complaints or grievances.

I am honest hard working person, who is willing to learn and train hard to be able to fulfil my position efficiently and effectively.
