my name is natasha i am 16 years old have i went to st stevens high school and then started a apprentiship as a combined baker patisserie chef which i am currently employed as.Problem is i wont be after next week as buisiness has been sold out from under me.I wont let that stop me though as i love patisserie work my skills i have learnt so far is answering phones taking orders e.t.c. I have been finishing off and decorating all sorts of cakes caramel slices fruit flans,just a mention a few of many.I have been doing a lot of savory as well familky pies cheese cake,quiche.I can make ganash,mini mud cakes many different fruit tarts as well.some more of my duties are cleaning the shop stacking an rotating stock counter service.I currently go to tafe and have been learning pizzas cookies danishes sausage rolls short bread fruit loaf custard and much much more.I can work unsupervised my ambition is to one day own a shop of my own.
