I finished year 10 at Birrong boys high school the went to east Sydney tech were i did my trade as a butcher . Then Ijoin the australian army were there i work in the corp of signals.I then worked for the Sydney county council in admin and also feild work .I have also worked in car sale . and also in restruants and bistros . I have been in the liquor indstury for 20 years manager of the Settlers inn hotel bottle shop for the last 13years 2and a half years as chef at the same hotel.
Achievements
