Born in Italy 1964.Arrived in Australia 1968 Sibling of 9 ... Attended Boys Town Cathlic College till year 11 where i paticipated in most sports..Represented Australia at the Table Tennis World championships against China.. attended church on a regular basis and studied most subjects..majored in Maths, and home science and textiles.. Married in 1986 built a bussines around handy work eg.. painting.tyling.concreting..gardening etc for 3 yrs later Studied at  Ryde Tafe as a Chef and built my experience around that field of work... as a result i've owned a few businesses around sydney which i built to a very succsesfull level before selling.. given that a break... i also studied bussines managment and Bussines analysis which led me to bigger and more exciting challenges in life as Store Managment with 80+ staff wich was hands on and rewarding.. It coverd all aspects of  running a succsesful business including..Staff Managment, Staff Meetings,Profit and Loss,Shrinkage,achieving gross Budget, Store plans,Post Sales Budgets, Rosters,PR,communication Skills,recieve and despatch. and business Planning.

1st achievment was Winning sydneys best fish and chips in Epping sponsored by radio station 2DayFM

I bought the business for $7000.00 with a turn over of $1500.00 per week and building it to $35/40,000.00 a week in a space of only 9 months.

2nd was with Food Chain by (David Jones) Fresh Seafood Dep..restructuring their sales plan to achieve sales and targets... from $2200.00 per week to $9/12,000.00 per week in a short period 

Most exciting was a small $1200.00 a week Restaurant which i had bought for $15,000.00 and built it to a very succsesful $60/70,000.00 a week.business . It appeared in Sydney Morning Herald, The Daily Telegraph and also on Sydney Weekender on Chanel 7 it then became even more popular and sold it at its peak.. A Great Achievment.
