I am extremely passionate about helping people from all walks of life. My time as Support Worker was the most rewarding time of my life and has allowed me to experience a wide range of both high's and low's, but dealing with both of these has given me the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of both interpersonal and motivational techniques. Although I feel that i have learnt much during my time in social care I still yearn to learn more so that i may support people to intergrate into the wider community better.

I believe it is my passion that allows me to adapt to new roles, but am also aware that at times i can become overloy zealous in my execution of this passion.

In my previous role I was encouraged into the position of middle management. This happened because i was extremely passionate about increasing the standard of service provided to our clients. I enjoyed this role immensly but do not feel that I am yet qualified enough to move onto a similar position again.
