Troubleshooting has almost become my middle name. I troubleshoot any IT environment, any size, but has a long tradition for Linux environment, and even longer for traditional Novell environments. My cached knowledge is on SuSE linux and Novell products on Linux. Any means to get a solution count: lan trace, strace, logs, conf files, I will find a solution.
