Overview
My experience I have gained through long-term work in areas such as technical support specialist. It provided my customers with solutions to their problems in many areas.
I have experience with Microsoft Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 on the administration level. I can set up and configure routers, network computers and their peripherals such as printers, scanners and others. I know TCP / IP and I can set it within the network. I have very good analytical skills and I can respond quickly and offer the best solution.
My advantage is the deep knowledge of the Blackberry solution because I worked as technical support for this solution, as well as BlackBerry Enterprise Server administrator.
Achievements
After a year's experience as a Junior Technical Support Specialist - 1st level, I became a Senior Technical Support Specialist - 2nd level. In this position I worked for two years. I provided the technical expertise to customers and junior specialists. I also conducted training for junior specialists.
After this experience, I began working as a specialist on the BlackBerry solution.In this position I worked for 2 years and I became a senior specialist in solutions for Blackberry and Blackberry Enterprise Server administrator.
